NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1) Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bumblebee Media, LLC ("Sponsor"), with the mailing address PO Box 460614 San Francisco, CA 94146, and which is the publisher of the Call 'Em Like Museum podcast. Bumblebee Media, LLC conducts business as LightningPod; for purposes of these Official Rules, requests directed to [email protected] will be treated as directed to Sponsor.

2) Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3) Sweepstakes Period

Entry Period begins August 18, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends November 10, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4) How to Enter

To enter, sign up for the Call ‘Em Like Museum email newsletter at callemlikemuseum.com during the Entry Period by providing a valid email address, and indicate your interest in receiving a prize. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries due to technical or other reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. No purchase, payment, or other consideration of any kind is required to enter or win. Use of automated entry methods is prohibited. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, artificial intelligence, or other automated means, or by any means intended to circumvent the entry process or entry limits, are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

5) Eligibility to Win

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. To receive a prize, winners must provide a valid mailing address within the United States that is capable of accepting package delivery. Eligibility to win is determined at the time of entry; entrants are not required to remain subscribed to the Call ‘Em Like Museum email list for any period after entering in order to remain eligible for the drawing. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their eligibility.

6) Winner Selection and Notification

Twelve (12) winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entrants (i.e., those who signed up during the Entry Period). The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, or an automated random-selection method, no earlier than November 17, 2026 (at least 7 days after the end of the Entry Period). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified via the email address used to enter, within five (5) business days of selection. Winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days with a valid mailing address for prize fulfillment, or alternate winners may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for entries or notifications lost, delayed, or misdirected due to technical issues, spam filters, or incorrect contact information provided by the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or potential winner, including age, residency, and compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide requested verification within the time specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7) Prize

Each winner will receive a prize package consisting of promotional items from the podcast and its partners, and museum-related merchandise inspired by podcast episodes. Approximate Retail Value of each prize package is between $20 and $50. Total Aggregate Retail Value (ARV) of all twelve (12) prize packages: approximately $240–$600. Actual value may vary; no cash or other substitution will be offered, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor will ship prizes to a valid mailing address within the United States provided by each confirmed winner. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after shipment, except as required by applicable law.

8) Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Given the prize's value (under $600), Sponsor does not anticipate issuing IRS Form 1099, but reserves the right to do so if required by law.

9) General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or these rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner that Sponsor determines to be fraudulent, disruptive, or intended to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

10) Social Media Disclaimer

If this Sweepstakes is promoted through a social media platform, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform. By participating, entrants release the applicable platform from any responsibility or liability related to this Sweepstakes.

11) Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use their first name and basic location info (e.g. city, state) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless the winner objects in writing.

12) Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes (i.e., email address) will be used by Sponsor in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.callemlikemuseum.com/privacy-policy, and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, send newsletter communications, and for winner notification. Sponsor uses Beehiiv to administer its email newsletter; Beehiiv’s Privacy Policy may be found at https://www.beehiiv.com/privacy. Entrants may unsubscribe from the email list at any time.

13) Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by entrants; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law or resulting from Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14) Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

15) Rules and Winners List

To request a copy of these Official Rules or the name of the winners, email [email protected]. Requests for the winners list must be received within ninety (90) days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
